Compression Breakout Pads are designed for peak game day performance and feature a slightly thinner molded foam padding than the standalone Breakout Elbow Pads. For the best overall experience, we recommend using standalone breakout elbow pads on practice days and breakout compression pads on game days. Breakout pads are lightweight stretch compression materials that are worn close to the skin under your jersey. They are not meant to be worn loose like you would normally prefer a loose fitting shirt or leotard. Most people should order based on the size of the existing t-shirt they would normally wear. The fabric is very stretchy and will mold to your body beyond this size.
