The DYE M2 is the latest marker that DYE brings to the market. One can say that DYE has succeeded in combining proven technology with new features in the high-end paintball weapon. The matrix models from which some components were also used for the new paintball marker served as the basis for the development of the DYE M2. However, these components, such as the LPR regulator, the frame, the bolt and some other parts have been completely redesigned to achieve even better performance of the paintball gun. Despite well-established technology, the result is a paintball marker that is second to none.
The novelties of the DYE M2 are really impressive. The paintball gun has integrated a new type of Hyper 5 regulator, which is a good fifteen percent more powerful than the Hyper 4. In addition, the DYE M2 works with a good twenty percent lower working pressure, making this paintball marker significantly more economical than competing products. Since the dwell has been reduced, the DYE M2's fuse bolt is also much more effective. The handle shells of the marker have also been completely redesigned so that the handle shells can be easily replaced without tools.
In addition, the DYE M2 has a 1-inch LED display. The board of the paintball marker can of course be adjusted completely according to the player's ideas. With the DYE M2 you don't have to buy batteries because the weapon has an integrated battery that can be recharged via the USB port. The DYE M2 was built wirelessly, which means that there is no MacroLine between the body and the handle, which significantly improves the handling of the paintball marker.
The clamp feed of the paintball marker can also be adjusted individually. Furthermore, the DYE marker has internal pressure sensors, allowing the paintballer to read the pressure directly on the board. A plus of the marker is that the studs can be easily removed even without tools. The ASA has also been extensively revised, improving airflow by 25 percent. The scope of delivery of the paintball marker includes 2 barrel backs (.684 and .688). DYE has come up with some ideas for the DYE M2, especially in the area of software.
As already mentioned, the DYE M2 is equipped with a one-inch OLED display. This is a Prisma OLED color display. In addition, the marker has an integrated five-way joystick and offers up to three training modes. The USB port can easily be expanded. The resolution of the display is 128×128 pixels. In order to be able to store up to six player profiles, DYE designed the M2 in such a way that the storage capacity of the paintball gun can be easily expanded. Other features that the DYE M2 software has to offer are up to three different play screen options and five different warning displays. Furthermore, the DYE M2 has two internal pressure sensors and eleven operational control interfaces. In addition, the DYE M2 is equipped with eight performance-enhancing settings so that you can get maximum performance out of the DYE paintball marker. As a little extra, the DYE M2 has diagnostic help and data recovery systems in case of problems.
